A lot of time goes into planning every day – taking into account each individual dog’s needs and temperament. Because we spend time getting to know each and every one, we can ensure a positive atmosphere all day. When it comes to entertainment there is something for everyone; climbing frames, agility equipment, slides and of course the best toys in town. Still not convinced? Then check out our Facebook Gallery.
We provide leadership of the pack to maintain safety, direction and structure throughout the day.
8:00 Doors open and all dogs arrive before 10am. There is always a lot of excitement at this hour – with tails wagging as friends catch up.
10:00 Once everyone has said hello, our dogs play in appropriate play groups where they receive structured exercise, and freedom to play safely. Dogs that benefit from extra training are given a 1 to 1 session; group play is combined with obedience training and the dogs are reminded that toys are for sharing so that everyone can have a fun day.
11:30 Nap time and a moment to enjoy a leisurely snack to keep energy levels and spirits high. Everyone cuddles up together and we never use crates for any of our dogs – there simply is no need.
12:00 Time for more exercise and another training session with that important 1 to 1 time and plenty of toys for inspiration and fun.
14:30 After a job well done and plenty of praise, the dogs are encouraged to take another nap to relax and digest what they have learnt.
15:00 Now it is time for a few more hours of play and when it comes to toys we have it all: Whether it rolls, flies, squeaks or grunts.
18:00 After a full day of play the last dogs are collected; well-exercised and ready for a relaxing evening at home. We provide each family with an update on how their dog has spent the day, with personal anecdotes and plenty of laughs. We talk about general progress and work closely with customers whose dogs would benefit from a bit of extra training; discuss how we can accommodate that at daycare and offer practical tips and advice for when they are at home.
